Powder Coated Aluminium 40mm Balustrade System

This system can be used in various situations, such as decks and stairs, and can also be supplied and installed to comply with pool fencing requirements. All styles have the same system, with different style balusters (pickets) used. Any of these aluminium systems can be powder coated to your specific colour requirements for your needs.

2 other options to the 16mm round balusters, are a 35 or 76mm oval baluster. The 76mm oval baluster gives a similar look to the traditional timber style handrails.

Powder Coated Aluminium Balustrade Systems with Glass Infill Panels

We can supply and install a multitude of different styles of the powder coated aluminium frame, with glass infill panel systems. These photos show only some of the different options available eg. post and top / bottom rail profiles, glass shades. These systems can be installed both internally and externally, including stairs, pool fencing, and can also be fitted with gates to match, if required.

Frameless Stainless Steel and Glass Balustrade Systems

Again there is a large range of options, with the stainless steel balustrade system that we can supply and install, all comprising of 316 grade products and either 300 grit or mirror polished finishes. The posts and top rails used are typically 48mm round. The infill material in this sytem, can be either stainless steel wires (horizontally or vertically), toughened glass or round rod. This system is also ideal for pool fencing, and can be installed without a top rail, in this instance.

Swaged fittings for the termination of the stainless steel wire, are available in a variety of styles. In situations where a combination of timber post / top rail balustrading (installed by others) is combined with stainless steel wires, we can supply and install the stainless steel wire component of the handrail, with our hydraulic swaging equipment, which can be brought to site if required.
